Price & Availablility's on Watch Parts is one of those touchy issues for watch material houses. On one hand,Twin City Supply welcomes the opportunity to help you, & gain your trust, as you become another satisfied customer. On the other hand, the time & effort spent finding a part for you is wasted if you are just shopping around for the best price & have little or no intention of ordering said part. In general, we welcome your inquiries, and will gladly sell you the part as long as you follow a couple of suggestions. 1) we prefer you fax in your request to us at 800-328-6001, & then give us a couple hours to check for you. You may call in if you like, but do not demand we check immediately while you wait on the line. 2) We tend to keep those really hard to find parts for our regular customer base. They appreciate it, thats why they are regular customers. Sure, we will sell you a part, but we also want to sell you other items also. If yourregular supplier can't find parts for you, then why are you sticking with them? We want your watch battery business, your material orders for stems & crowns, crystals, gaskets, & cleaning solutions. What we won't do is sell you one part a year. Carrying accounts on our books who do not buy is expensive. Get to know us. Call us. Give us orders once in awhile. We have experienced personell who will share their expertise with you, and find what you need, as long as you respect that we sell other items besides hard to find parts. Also new is the Q & Q watch brand, a suprior quality timepiece from a division of one of the worlds most recognized watch makers.. These watches are the perfect replacement for the Acqua line......We currently have stock on 5 different men's styles with expansion bands-- three have the date, two do not. 4 have silver bands, one is a two tone band, and one is a gold band. A new Expansion band style will be here in July, along with two styles with straps. Stores are free to set their own retail prices appropriate for your respective markets & customers.
