In general, we have a 30 day return policy for most items, if the item is returned with a sales invoice, & is in resellable condition. Pleas call first for authorization before returning any items. Please include your reason for return in the package.
Shipping charges will not be refunded, except if the error is our fault. All items, including Defective items, are subject to the manufacturers warranties. Some items have a 7 day return policy. These include any electronic items, including scales, diamond testers, & machines, such as Ultrasonic cleaners, motors, flex shafts, etc. Special Order items are not returnable. Watch material items, including Movements, Circuits, etc, are also not returnable. Timex watches are now sent to the factory for warranty issues, NOT to us. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on any item returned.
