We recommend you verify any information before placing an order. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Special Order items are not returnable. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Our Normal return policy is 30 days with receipt. Some items have a 7 day return policy. (Please see our return policy section for more information).
We normally do not charge shipping on backorders. Most items will ship same day. Prices on Findings items may vary based on the current market prices of gold, silver, & other metals. We do charge sales tax in Minnesota. Customers purchasing Items intended for resale must have a resale tax # on file in our office prior to purchasing or sales tax will be charged at the time of sale.
As a Wholesale distributor, many items we offer are intended for trade use only, (watchmakers, jewelers, teachers, students, manufacturers, craftsmen, etc) & by purchasing, you warrant that you have the neccesary training & skills to properly use & care for use these items. Manufacturers warranties apply to all items & any issues will be between you & the manufacturer.
Our minimum order is $15.00 for charge cards, or $10.00 on your TCS account. A handling charge is added to all orders. Please do not send returns of, or samples, especially watch material, in regular business envelopes. There is no longer such a thing as "please hand stamp". These items should be protected, in at least a bubble pak envelope, but a box is best. We recommend you insure your items.
All children left unattended in our showroom will be given a puppy.
