Twin City Supply, Inc. is a 4th generation family owned business located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our Phone lines are open Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Central time. Our showroom is open Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM until 3 :00PM, & will call pick up only until 4PM, & Friday, 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM. We will be closed select Fridays during the summer.
The company has long been an icon in the watch repair industry & has a rich heritage of offering a dynamic variety of items to help insure continuation of the availability of watch material and related tools & supplies. Lois & Joel are the current owners, continuing the family tradition. The company can trace its roots back to Duluth, Minnesota, in 1907, when Lois' Grandfather, Harry Heifetz, worked for his Uncle, Julius Garon, who was traveling the upper midwest selling Swiss made watch material & related supplies. Harry's son Raoul managed the business & rapidly expanded its inventory to include items for Jewelers, Schools, Craftsmen, Teachers, Students, Engineers, Retail stores, both Mom & Pop, & chain stores, as well as many other businesses. As they moved out of Downtown Minneapolis into the Suburbs in 1980, each successive location was larger than the next. Their current location in Plymouth, while somewhat smaller than their last location, still has an impressive showroom. Our ever growing website is approaching 6500 products!
Also in their expanded inventory are a complete line of Findings, Solder, Energizer & Sony, & Renata Watch Batteries; Watch Material, & Crystals for Seiko, Pulsar, Citizen, Bulova, & many hard to find or discontinued brands such as Rolex, Omega, Elgin, Hamilton, Gruen, Longines, Other Swiss Brands, pocket watches, & so on. In fact, they are still going thru many boxes that were stored in 3 trailers in the back lot from the move 20 years ago! Twin City Supply works with most of the major vendors and stocks extensive inventories from: A*F, Acon, Alpine, Arbe, Bergeon, Bestfit, Citizen, Eurotool, Energizer, Grobet, Horotec, GemOro, Gilden, JSP, L & R, Newall, PePe, Seiko,, & Zenith. Truly a one stop shopping destination! Many items are available that are not listed on the new web site; please email or call with your requests. We do hundreds of special orders each month.
